10. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA governs the processing of personal data on our Platform:

10.1 Roles and Responsibilities

Controller Responsibilities:
- You act as the Data Controller for any personal data uploaded to the Platform.
- You determine the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Processor Responsibilities:
- We act as a Data Processor, processing data solely on your instructions.
- We will not process personal data for our own purposes.

10.2 Sub-Processors

We engage trusted sub-processors, for Data storage, Email delivery, SMS and WhatsApp notifications delivery, AI powered feature and analytics, web pages build and management including but not limited to :

AWS (UAE Region), Amazon web services, SendGrid, Twilio, Zoho, WhatsApp, WordPress, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic / Claude, OpenAI GPT API.

10.3 Security and Data Transfers

Data is stored in the AWS UAE Region and/or AWS USA regions. Cross-border transfers comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
We implement encryption, access control, and other industry-standard security measures.
In some cases, we may store data in other location or local serves, contact us if need specific guidance.

10.4 Data Breach Notification
