1.2 What is the Planning Service?
AI-generated marketing plans tailored based on Users brands goals, marketing channels & content available, and user’s customers personas & segmentation.
Also considering business different factors like reach frequency, type of business and time frame of plan, etc.
1.3 What is the Automation Service?
MRPLN support the business and marketer after generated the AI- Powered plan by Automating the campaign deployment across three main channels (depend on the user subscription level eligibility) Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, with intelligent scheduling and optimization as per the plan generated.
Automation depends on the content inventory the user provides, and the customers inventory user provides so user responsibility to make sure the accurateness of the data provided and to obtain required consents from the customer

2.3 What is the authentication process?
Secure login via email/password and email 2FA verification .

3.1 What are the brand limits per plan?
Based on subscription tier: 1-3 brand (Free & Prof), 5 brands (Business), up to 50 brands (Enterprise).

3.2 How to add or edit brand details?
Add: Objectives, key messages, description, market insights, type of tactics.
Tactics metadate you enter – affects planning and automation quality.

Section 4: Template Creation Guide
This Section provides instructions and examples for creating Email, WhatsApp, and SMS templates within the MRPLN platform.
1. General Rules for All Templates
Use {{Customer_Name}} as a required variable in all templates.
Use either {{User_Name}} or {{Display_Name}} as the sender variable.
You may include optional placeholders like {{CTA_Link}} or {{Product_Name}}.
Content can be written directly in the app or uploaded as a .docx file (as directed on template creation page)
2. Email Template Creation

Email Body (type in-app or upload a .docx/.pdf)

Use a Word or PDF document , as directed on the platform on the trmplate creation wizard with:

5. Content Assignment and Automation
Once you create and save your template, go to the Content Creation section and assign content to the correct template (Email, WhatsApp, or SMS). Use content metadata to Help AI planning and to track format, objective, industry, and customer persona. This preparation streamlines the automated deployment process.
All templates and contend related to it is subject to review first before used for deployment.
You can create content with metadata direct on content management and still will be used for AI planning service but in order to use it in the automation services in needs to be connected to an approved template. if not connected to approved template so it is only go planning and will not deployed.
Section 5: Content Management
5.1 What content types are supported?
you add digital tactics metadata only in the content inventory Email, WhatsApp, and SMS content .
you can chose non digital tactics like (face 2 face , virtual call , etc. ) these content by any way not subject to connect to template , also will not by automatically deployed ,however still part of the AI marketing plan.
in order to Automate /Deploy (in case you tier eligible for automation) you need to connect these metadata to one of the preapproved template you have.
5.2 How to add and format content types?
chose content type Email, SMS ,WhatsApp (digital tactics) enter the metadata , in case want to use it in the future for automation it need to be connected for one of the preapproved templates from you inventory with the same type.
The accuracy and review of final version of the content or the templates is the users responsibility ,
MRPLN do periodic review for the Content to make sure it doesn’t violate the MRPLN policies and terms of use
5.3 How to view, edit, or delete content?
Content management tabs allow to shows all uploaded content inventory , to filter , search and can click the edit or delete icon , also usually will find tab to add new up to the approved tier limit
5.4 What’s template creation and how to us it ?
Check Content and template guide section 4 , content page is used to add placeholder for content metadate that can help generating you AI powered marketing plan in order to automate the digital tactics/content you entered it need to be connected with preapproved eligible template.
Section 6: Customer Management
6.1 How does MRPLN protect customer privacy?
Data we collect on customers of the users we practice high caution to be encrypted.
No customers personal data is exposed/transferred to other users or parties unless stated in our privacy poly and data processing agreement.
All content and customer interactions follow our Data Processing Agreement.

6.2 How to manage customers?
Add manually or upload CSV or Excel using exact format our data saving controls, please reach us to provide you with the same table format template. Also the Customer management tab allow Add, Edit or delete options
6.3 Is customer consent required? (refer to section 9)
Yes. Users must obtain customer consent for WhatsApp, Email, SMS before using customer contact data to send content or using a communication channel.
if want to use MRPLN SMS Toll free: User should add to the consent" You Agree to Receive Marketing massages through MRPLN Toll free Number "
Review Content status it will show approved, rejected or pending after we conduct a content review, same for customer after confirming your customer is opted in / Consented it will show opt in is the customer at any point opted out the status will be changed to opted out / unsubscribed this will not send content to him on the opted-out channel
6.4 do i need to consent all my customer?
No some scenarios like if you want only to plan or will not eligible tier for deployment we highly recommend not to add any customers personal data use identifier for name and no contact information needed in such case , consented contact information needed when you are planning to deploy and automate tactics or campaigns to the customer
Section 7: Campaign Launcher
7.1 How to use the campaign launcher?
Default will plan for all brands , content and customers however, you still have option to select brand, if need specific (content or customers) default is use all brand , content and customers. , start date and duration of plan ( up to 3 months) . Set working hours
AI will generate the plan. Combining the provided metadata from brand , content inventory , customers inventory and information provided in the campaign launcher.
Review the plan , then you can save or download the plan , then automation decision in case the content and customer are eligible for deployment and your subscription tier eligible for deployment .
7.2 Can I use specific content or customers for the planning?
Yes, filter manually before generation. Using the campaign launcher tab.
7.3 What if I want to include physical or virtual meetings in the plan?
Add them as “non-deployable tactics” in the content management . entered as metadate only in content with no template and not deployable.
7.4 Can I save the plan as a file?
Yes, export as PDF or CSV/Excel.
7.5 How many times can I refresh a plan?
As long as your tier level allow , Refresh counts as a plan and consumes your AI token quota and number of remaining plans count.
7.6 What should I check before saving or deploying?
Check delivery channels, content-customers matching, date and time vs working hours and frequency. The content final view can be done in previous stage when adding the content to the content management view.
7.7 How to edit or remove tactics before deploying?
Go to Campaign history , filter to specific campaign/plan you need , Click on the tactic inside the plan view > Edit/Delete.
Section 8: Automation & Deployment
8.1 What channels can be automated?
MRPLN only automate Email, WhatsApp, and SMS,
Based on : Subscription tier limit Pricing | MRPLN, Template and content approval , Customer data consent, confirmation by users.
8.2 How does deployment automation work?
MRPLN schedules and sends content based on plan settings and the AI generated date and time for each tactic in the plan. refer to "1.3 What is the Automation Service?"
8.3 What are the differences between subscription plans in automation?
Only Business & Enterprise support full automation. (SMS only Enterprise)
Free and Pro limited only planning service.
8.4 Is 2-way communication supported?
NO in general , but the feature can be customized and enabled for WhatsApp and Email in Enterprise tier upon request.
8.5 How do I confirm my campaign was sent?
Deployment dashboard / Analytics shows success/fail logs. Plus, other analytics parameters, Dashboard available for Business and Enterprise plans for deployed tactics only,
8.6 What are deployment limits per plan?

8.7 When are automation limits renewed?
Monthly from the subscription date.
8.8 What email / What’s App or SMS number used to send to the customer?
(Private label Branding)
The Default is using MRPLN default marketing Email or Number (SMS Tollfree needs special consent) on behalf of the User to deploy / sent the content to the planned customers of the user as per the plan went to Automation.
The Enterprise tier users can request private label customization and use the user specified email, domain and number for user branding and compliance purposes if needed.
Section 9 :Customers Consent & Data Management
MRPLN is a B2B platform built for marketers and businesses to manage their Marketing campaigns and communications responsibly.
This page explains how consent is collected and confirmed, how opt-out is handled, and how customer data is stored and processed, in line with MRPLN’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and User Guide, and data protection laws.
1. Consent Collection & Opt-In Process (User Responsibility)
MRPLN does not collect or request customer consent directly.
The sole responsibility for obtaining valid consent lies with the business or marketer (the MRPLN user).
Before uploading or adding a contact to the platform, users must:
Collect clear and verifiable consent from the individual to receive communication through the selected channel (WhatsApp, SMS, Email) .
Confirm this consent in the MRPLN interface by manually checking the consent confirmation box during customer creation (via web form or Excel upload).
Ensure that the consent was informed, specific, and compliant with applicable laws.
To use MRPLN SMS Toll-Free number user include this in the consent " You Agree to Receive Marketing massages through MRPLN Toll free Number "
This confirmation means that:
The user's customer explicitly agreed to receive communications from your business or marketing messages from MRPLN and SMS on your behalf
You, as the user, are accountable for storing proof of this consent. MRPLN may require Valid documentation of how users collected the needed consents.
MRPLN records your confirmation of consent for compliance purposes but does not verify or manage consent collection on your behalf.
✅ Consent Confirmation is a mandatory step before saving or uploading any customer. No data will be added to the MRPLN system unless the user explicitly confirms that prior consent has been obtained.
How Consent is Collected by Users
Before a marketer adds a customer to MRPLN, they are required to collect consent through one or more of the following methods:
✅ A checkbox on their website or landing page
✅ A sign-up form where the customer agrees to receive Marketing communication from your business or through MRPLN on your behalf.
✅ Verbal or written confirmation (e.g., during a sales call or clinic visit)
This opt-in occurs before any data is uploaded to MRPLN. When uploading customer data, users must explicitly confirm they collected proper consent (as seen in the screenshot above). MRPLN retain the right at any time to ask for documented Consent collected from the user's customers.

2. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe (MRPLN Managed)
While consent collection is your responsibility, MRPLN helps enforce opt-out controls to protect end customers and comply with anti-spam laws:
MRPLN automatically appends unsubscribe instructions to outbound emails when the user has not included them.
For SMS and WhatsApp, we recommend and support using keywords like "STOP" or "Opt-out".
If an end customer opts out, MRPLN will:
Flag and exclude the contact from future communication.
Remove them from the active contact list uploaded by the user.
Ensure no further messages are delivered to that contact from the same business.
⚠️ MRPLN users are expected to respect opt-outs and should not re-upload the same contact unless fresh consent is collected.
3. Data Management & Security
MRPLN applies strict security measures to protect all customer data:
Customer records are visible and accessible only to the user who uploaded them.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on secure infrastructure (e.g., AWS in UAE / USA).
Default Data storage region is United States (AWS USA).
Enterprise users can request Data storage Localization by contacting us before plan start and registration.
MRPLN does not use, share, or sell any customer data beyond the nature of data processing on behalf of our users. Data Processing Agreement
Users can delete contacts at any time and request full removal for compliance purposes.
4. Your Responsibility as a User
By using MRPLN, you acknowledge and agree to:
Collect and confirm valid opt-in consent before adding any customer.
Not upload any customer without explicit permission for the intended communication channel.
Handle all regulatory duties related to customer data and consent.
Respect MRPLN’s policies and privacy commitments.
Data will be stored in United States region, unless you user are on Enterprise plan and request another region.
