1.2 What is the Planning Service?
AI-generated marketing plans tailored based on Users brands goals, marketing channels & content available, and user’s customers personas & segmentation.

Also considering business different factors like reach frequency, type of business and time frame of plan, etc.

1.3 What is the Automation Service?
MRPLN support the business and marketer after generated the AI- Powered plan by Automating the campaign deployment across three main channels (depend on the user subscription level eligibility ) Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, with intelligent scheduling and optimization as per the plan generated.

Automation depends on the content inventory the user provides, and the customers inventory user provides so user responsibility to make sure the accurateness of the data provided and to obtain required consents from the customer

1.6 What are the roles and responsibilities of using AI in marketing?
You are responsible for content approval, customer consent, data provided for brand ,content , customer , business accuracy and verifying campaign compliance with local laws. MRPLN ensures secure AI processing and data protection.

2.1 How to register and what fields are required?

2.3 What is the authentication process?
Secure login via email/password and email 2FA verification (depended on your tier).

Section 3: Brand Management

3.1 What are the brand limits per plan?
Based on subscription tier: 1 brand (Free & Prof), 3 brands (Business), 50 brands (Enterprise).

3.2 How to add or edit brand details?
Add: Objectives, key messages, description, market insights, type of tactics.
Tactics: Choose preferred tactics (virtual meetings , physical, phone, digital) – affects planning and automation.

Section 4: Content Management

4.1 What content types are supported?
you add digital content only in the content inventory Email, WhatsApp, and SMS content templates.

4.2 How to add and format content types?
• Email: Subject line as text, Body as text Word /pdf and make sure to include your CTA links and visuals (info graphs , images, etc. )

• SMS: Text (160 chars max), best practice to add CTA link
• WhatsApp: Text best practice to include CTA link + chose preapproved template .
Before save and add the email -as the footer and subject line also sometime messages text will be adjusted as per MRPLN regulation make sure to review the final view of the email, SMS , WhatsApp before deploying and sent by MRPLN to you customers.

The accuracy and review of final version of the content is the users responsibility , MRPLN do periodic review for the Content to make sure it doesn’t violate the MRPLN policies and terms of use

4.3 How to view, edit, or delete content?
Content management tabs allow to shows all uploaded content inventory , to filter , search and can click the edit or delete icon , also usually will find tab to add new up to the approved tier limit

Section 5: Customer Management

5.1 How does MRPLN protect customer privacy?
Data we collect on customers of the users we practice high caution to be encrypted in transit and at rest. No customers personal data is exposed/transferred to other users or parties . All content and customer interactions follow our Data Processing Agreement.

5.2 How to manage customers?
Add manually or upload CSV or Excel using the same table format template provided. Also the Customer management tab allow Add, Edit or delete options

5.3 Is customer consent required?
Yes. Users must obtain customer consent before using personal data for communication.

5.4 Where is data stored and for how long?
Stored securely on AWS (Amazon Web service) ,as much as we can we encrypt the personal data of the users and their customers , retained based on active subscription and deleted upon user request by contact us as explained on Privacy policy page.

5.5 What are user, third-party, and customer data roles?

Section 6: Campaign Launcher

6.1 How to use the campaign launcher?
Select brand, if need specific (content or customers) default is use all content and customers matching the brand , start date and duration of plan up to 3 months . Set working hours

AI will generate the plan. Combining the provided metadata from brand , content inventory , customers inventory and information provided in the campaign launcher.

Review the plan , then you can save or download the plan , then automation decision

6.2 Can I use specific content or customers for the planning?

Yes, filter manually before generation. Using the campaign launcher tab.

6.3 What if I want to include physical or virtual meetings in the plan?
Add them as “non-deployable tactics” during brand setup.

6.4 Can I save the plan as a file?
Yes, export as PDF or CSV/Excel.

6.5 How many times can I refresh a plan?
As long as your tier level allow , Refresh counts as a plan and consumes your AI token quota and number of remaining plans count.

6.6 What should I check before saving or deploying?

Check delivery channels, content-customers matching, date and time vs working hours and frequency. The content final view can be done in previous stage when adding the content to the content management view.

6.7 How to edit or remove tactics before deploying?

Click on the tactic inside the plan view > Edit/Delete.

7.1 What channels can be automated?
MRPLN only automate Email, WhatsApp, and SMS (based on plan limits).

7.2 How does deployment automation work?
MRPLN schedules and sends content based on plan settings and the AI generated date and time for each tactic in the plan . refer to "1.3 What is the Automation Service?"

7.3 What are the differences between plans in automation?
Only Business & Enterprise support full automation. Pro has limited only planning service.

7.4 Is 2-way communication supported?
NO in general , but the feature can be customized and enabled for WhatsApp and Email in Enterprise tier upon request.

7.5 How do I confirm my campaign was sent?
Deployment dashboard / Analytics shows success/fail logs. Plus other analytics parameters, Dashboard available for Business and Enterprise plans for deployed tactics only,

7.6 What are deployment limits per plan?
• Pro: 200 emails “Trial period on launch time only , Available upon request “
• Business: 1000 emails + 1000 WhatsApp
• Enterprise: 10K emails + 10K WhatsApp + 2K SMS (monthly)

Enterprise customization for more limits and features is available on request.

7.7 When are automation limits renewed?
Monthly from the subscription date.

7.8 What email / What’s App or SMS number used to send to the customer?

(Private label Branding)
The Default is using MRPLN default marketing Email or Number on behalf of the User to deploy / sent the content to the planned customers of the user as per the plan went to Automation.

The Enterprise tier users can request private label customization and use the user specified email, domain and number for user branding and compliance purposes.

MRPLN Step-by-Step User Guide Summary

  1. Register / Login
    Sign up or log in from the MRPLN main app. (Note: registration and billing are managed on a separate secure subdomain.)

  2. Select a Subscription Plan
    Choose your plan based on your needs. Compare tiers on the Pricing Page.

  3. Add Your Brand
    Add brand details such as objectives, market insights, tactics (e.g. digital tactics like WhatsApp, SMS, email, or no deployable tactics like physical or virtual meetings, phone calls).

  4. Create Content Manually
    Add your own Email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages via the Content management window. (AI-generated content is a plus on feature for Enterprise Users.)

  5. Add Customers or Upload Lists
    Manually input customer records or upload them via CSV. Group them by tags or segments.

  6. Generate Your Marketing Plan
    Use the Campaign Launcher to generate a plan based on brand, tactics, timing, and audience.

  7. Review and Edit the Plan
    Make final adjustments. Export as PDF/Excel if needed, save it to proceed.

  8. Deploy the Campaign
    Launch your campaign across the selected channels. Monitor deployment in the Dashboard.

  9. Monitor Analytics
    View performance analytics, delivery results, and engagement stats in real time under the Analytics section.
